Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
